Anne Smith
Chartered Legal Executive
Biography
Anne is a Fellow of the Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in residential conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, lease extensions, shared ownerships and transfers of equity and works for both private individuals and companies.
Anne started her career as an Office Junior in a practice in Ashford, Middlesex before moving on to become a secretary and then Personal Assistant to the senior partner in that practice. She undertook training on a day-release basis, studying for her qualification as a Legal Executive back in the early 90's, before being admitted as a Fellow in 1996. Following her marriage and starting a family, Anne took a career-break to enjoy life as a full-time mum. Once her children got older, she decided it was time to return to her love of law and was re-admitted as a Chartered Legal Executive with CILEx.
Anne has worked for practices within Bracknell and Crowthorne over the past few years and has built up good relationships with local Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and clients alike. Anne prides herself on creating and maintaining positive relationships with not only her clients, but also third parties involved in transactions, ensuring a positive outcome for all.
Outside of work, Anne loves spending time with her five children, enjoys musical theatre, and is an avid supporter of dog rescue, having fostered many dogs over the years and with a particular soft-spot for her beloved (English) bullterriers.
