Our fees cover all of the work required to complete your transaction from start to finish. You can find details of how we calculate our conveyancing charges below. Freehold Sale Disbursements
Just like other conveyancers, in addition, we charge disbursement costs these 'disbursements' are payments that we make to third parties on your behalf and are fixed and the same no matter who your solicitor is.
